Company Enrichment

Any user on a paid plan has an opportunity to upload their list of companies' names and domains to find whether any of these companies are hiring for any relevant expertise.

Currently, we have a daily upload limit. It is equal to 1.000 records per day. As a result, your import file can't be more than 1.000 rows to enrich.

So Let's Start!

Below are the step-by-step guidelines on how-to's from preparing the list and finally to exporting your data.

1. Prepare Enrichment File

First, you need to decide on list of companies to run the enrichment process.

It can be

• Companies from your CRM system without any engagement for some time.
• List of your current clients where you want to know more about their current hirings.
• Cold dataset of companies from Crunchbase/LinkedIn you are interested in.

To import file successfully,

• First row needs to have two columns with two fields named company_name and/or website
• You need to have at least one field filled in each following row

Here is also Google Sheets example of an import template to download. Still, you can find the same sample during the upload process on our platform.

Important!  There is much higher chances to find a match if the website exists in the import file. We check website domain first during the matching process.

Also! Errors will appear during matching process if only company names are listed in the file.

2. Choose List name to Link companies with

In the beginning we ask to choose a list to connected imported companies with it.

You can either choose any list among already created or create a new one:

All imported companies will be connected with this list after matching process. You will be able to check them either clicking created/chosen tab on the left panel or using "List" filter.

3. Start Enrichment Process

Once you choose or create a list and have ready to use the import file, you can start the import process!

During import, you will see 3 types of notifications per each domain ->

• ✅ -> Enrichment process is successful. Company is added to the list. You will find it in the chosen list after closing a window
• ⭐️ -> We find a company, but it was hiring more than a month ago. You need to contact us to discuss your plan upgrade options to have a longer access time period.
• ❗️-> We don't have this domain and/or company name to enrich company with hiring data.

4. Review and Export the results!

Choosing either the Tab on the left or "List" filter, you will find your final, successfully enriched list of companies.

You can export the companies straight into your CRM (if connected) or just click the "Download Leads" button to get an enriched list of companies with over 25 data points and recent target hirings!

Since the final list of companies is in our UI, you can label and filter it using our available options before export.
