Using our "Label" feature you get the ability to save a company to the label and have some use cases around that, such as
Let's break the full process on how to create labels and how to use them in described cases:
Label Setup:
You can find several options for label creation in our Company Labels. How to Setup / Use article.
Once you add label to the company, it will be matched to this company on most standard tabs you can see on the left panel.
As a result, on most main tabs (except "New") you find a company with a label which will be a signal of your past work with that company with additional context -
Here you can see that I label some of my saved companies with labels "RPA", "Mainframe", "Startup", "Target List", "Staffing", etc. to understand better on what basis I saved this company.
Choosing my label "Target List" without any active job filters, I can see the freshest hiring request from listed companies, and can review additionally most interesting accounts for me going inside company profile -
As a result, I can review what company was doing after my latest export and running outreach strategy -
*Alert feature is available only on Enterprise plan
For most promissing accounts or improtant combinations of labels, you can setup smart alerts to push data on auto-pilot to your CRM or get email alerts.
To make it happen, you need to include all filter options you are interested in tracking.
In my case, I want to track my "Target accounts", which are searching for Machine Learning expertise clicking on my saved search tab - "Machine Learning" -
Then, I go to edit option on my search tab and create a weekly alert to push new matching data to my CRM ->
Hurray! I can setup my marketing/sales workflows when any of matched fields are updated to use this data with no manual push!
