When you create any Label, its label appears on the left bar.

You can create a label selecting any company and click "Label" button on the top panel -

Another way is to use the "Label" column and create/assign label via it -

Finally, you can create and assign label via Company profile section -

Once you create your first label, it will appear on the left panel under the "Analytics" section -

here are several options how you can use Labels to filter your list -

Option 1 - use Left Panel:

  • Any click on Plus sign (➕) on the label, colors it in Green and shows all records listed for chosen label on All or Overview Or Saved Or Enriched or Export tabs.
  • Any click on 🚫 sign on the label, colors it in Red and exclude all records listed for chosen label on All or Overview Or Saved Or Enriched or Export tabs.
  • Any click on ❌ sign on the label, return it to initial color into Grey, and turns off chosen label filtering.

Once any of your labels is active, you can use it in a combination with other labels such as "AND"/"Or" options.

By default, any turned-on label is used as an "Any of" filter.

For example, active labels "Python" and "RPA" will show you all companies that have either "Python" or "RPA" labels or Both.

However, clicking "More" button on active label will show you an option to make the label as "Include ALL"

Using this case, you can choose "RPA", "Python", "React" labels and change "RPA" label to "Include ALL" case.

As a result, you will see a list, where all companies must have an "RPA" label, and any of "Python", "React" or only "RPA" label

Option 2 - use "Label" Filter:

In "Add filter" section, you can find the option "Labels" in the drop list -

Selecting this filter will show you interface with similar functionality as you get using left panel -

Here you can -

  • Select ANY labels to filter your list in the first window - "Include labels"
  • After clicking "Show more", you will find select ALL labels to filter your list in the second window - "All labels"
  • Exclude label from your list in the third raw - "Exclude"
