CRM Integration, Full Guide

Rocks & Gold platform has native integration with CRM systems such as

  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive

You can start integration by clicking tab on the left panel -> Integrations

During the setup process, you will need to fill in your login and API details.

Here is a workflow how to find API key in HubSpot -

1. Go to Settings tab in HubSpot -

2. Go to Integrations tab

3. Choose option API Key

4. Click on Show then Copy in Active API key window in the center of the screen -


*You might not have the access to this tab/data. In this case, you need to ask the HubSpot administrator to share the API credentials.

5. Paste copied token in required tab on Rocks & Gold platform -


Here is a workflow how to find the API key in Pipedrive -

1. Click on your icon on the right panel and click Personal preferences button -

2. Go to API tab in Personal preferences profile -

3. Copy your API token and paste it on Rocks & Gold platform -

You are set with initial integration!  

Once you established the first connection with our platform, we will match primary fields available in each CRM platform with our fields, such as

Based on your internal outreach workflow, we suggest two options:

Workflow 1: Use standard integration, which pushes hiring data as Deals. As a result, we suggest matching all missing and valuable fields on a Deal + Contact + Company integration profile.

Workflow 2: Work with data only on the Contact + Company level.

As a result, first, you need to delete all matched fields in a Deal section and then click the button Save Changes -

You should see the Deal section empty without any fields matched -

Then, you can watch all required fields from Rocks & Gold platform with basic and custom fields from your CRM system on Company and Contact levels.

Here is an example of what fields you can map and use later on in your CRM -

We have over 20 data points to match both from company and Job Post objects -

Important! To match our fields with your CRM, you need to create Custom fields in your CRM so you can choose from on the right panel -

Custom fields MUST BE SINGLE TEXT. WE don't support any "single-select", "multi-select", "date" types of fields.

If you can't find recently created fields in your CRM system, please click "Refresh fields list" button -

To save all newly matched fields, just click "Save changes" button -

That's it! You are ready to push data from Rocks & Gold platform to your CRM System!

On account list, just click "Export to CRM" -> "Export" to push data:


*If you have an active match with "Deals" in your integration, you will be proposed to choose to what Pipeline and Stage push your data on "Export to" tab.
