During the data collection process frequently we catch contact details of a person participating in the hiring process.

Consequently, you can find records of one person per company during export. It will be shown the generated file or when exported to CRM.

Depending on the size of a company and source where we've found a hiring request it can be a person from a different department:

• In small companies, it can be a C-Level / Director position from the relevant department
• In mid-enterprise level companies will have HR representatives mentioned on the source to get in contact.

On a company level, you may find a general email address, like jobs@domain.com if we find this email valid during our email validation process.
