1. If you can't find previously exported data to your CRM, first, please review our CRM integration guide.
Most probably, you matched some of your fields with non-single-text fields.
That causes errors for our export. You will need to relink your data points and make a new push from our platform for already exported data.
2. If you find your .CSV file in a bad format, most probably you open it with Excel, which is using semi-comma separation ";"
We provide you comma-separated file (",") used by Google services (like Gooogle Sheets) and most of IT systems. We suggest to import our file to Google Sheets and export .xlsx format if you need Excel, or just continue to use Google Sheets!
3. If your .CSV file is empty after export from our platform, please contact our support center via chat widget on the platform or send an email to support@hello.rocks.gold mentioning that issue.
We will fix the problem with your account ASAP.
