How Primary Tech Stack Filter works?

We analyze the text of job posts to find all skills mentioned in the text and match them in our internal skills matrix.

From our side we define the position of each skill in the text to define the primary skillset of a job post.

Example 1 (One category, One Tech Stack) -

Using Primary Tech Stack Filter in Backend category with keyword "Python", you will find only requests for Python expertise and do not find any NodeJS/Java, etc. posts in the list.

Example 2 (One category, two stacks) -

Using Primary Tech Stack Filter in Backend category with keywords "Python" and "Java", you will find only

"Python" OR "Java" expertise requests and do not find any NodeJS/Ruby, etc. requests in the list.

Example 3 (several categories, several stacks) -

Using Primary Tech Stack Filter from several categories (like Backend + Frontend) shows you a list of leads where all of the chosen parameters take place in AND logic between different categories

.

For example, Backend cagtegory with paratemers of "Python" and "Java" expertise in combination of Frontend category with parameter "React" will show a list of companies searching either for

"Python + React" OR "Java + React" expertise.

As a result, final list may have considerably lower list of leads compared to only "React" or only "Python/Java" requests.
